To prevent confusion and accidental de-cloaking, it would be very useful if gangs and maybe even corps could see their mates while cloaked- with a cloaked mini-icon possibly.

Rather than having to open the character sheet to see the time remaining on a skill, it should be made so that you can hover over the icon and see the time left... much like the wallet icon shows your balance.
